Human Resources Manager, Asia, FMCG

This is a fantastic role working with a globally renowned consumer goods company to provide Human Resources (HR) Business Partnership to critical business units. You will be the strategic adviser to the business and work closely with key stakeholders to support business objectives. This role will also lead the Learning & Development function ensuring top talent develops to full potential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Being a true business partner to your stakeholders across talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, retention and engagement
  • Developing and implement effective people management practices and provide thought leadership in people and organization development
  • Acting as the performance improvement catalyst and provokes positive change in people management
  • Leading change management projects and manages related internal and external communication
  • Providing HR advisory to key stakeholders
  • Ensuring succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Leading on employee relations and supporting the delivery of HR processes and administration
  • Leading the Learning & Development function wiht a focus on performance dveelopment plans and talent management, both globally and regionally focused
  • Analysing and evaluating the success of such programmes along with correspondent budgets

Key criteria:

  • 8 years of work experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management, particularly in the area of talent management, employee engagement, total rewards and change organization
  • Understanding of luxury retail and its operating environment would be highly advantageous
  • Top interpersonal and communication skills with high degree of emotional quotient
  • Agility and ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced/ matrix environment
  • A proactive individual who can build relationships across all levels of the business
