Job Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to HR Administrator

* Recruitment and manpower needs (local & international)

* New employee orientation and onboarding

* Benefit administration (includes medical, service awards, reward & recognition programs, etc)

* Manage HR Information System (PeopleSoft, Kronis & Chris21) ensuring data accuracy and administration of payroll, salary administration & PeopleSoft related activites

* Lead all site Industrial Relations matters, in liaising with external parties

* Oversee the execution of the annual Performance Management program

* Partner and collaborate with local leadership on all HR/IR related activities as well as providing strategic HR support

* Oversee the training function within the facility, providing direction to the HR Administrator

* Collaborate with Regional and Corporate Human Resources on policies and practices to ensure compliance

* Interact with and counsel all levels of management, salaried and hourly employees to assist and resolve a wide variety of personnel, wage/salary and benefit-related issues

* Various other human resources related duties (includes organizing site-wide employee social activities throughout the year)

Ideally, the individuals should have the following experience:

- More than 5 years full spectrum Senior HR advisory experience

- Experienced in leading and mentoring HR professionals

- Good knowledge of local labour laws
