Job Description

Our client is a Hong Kong headquartered company with a strong presence across global markets. This role represents an outstanding opportunity for a best practice HR professional to join a dynamic and exciting environment.

Working as part of the Global HR team, this is a hybrid HR Business Partner role with generalist responsibilities and a focus in end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and implementation. Particularly as an integral part of the team, there is a crucial element in the formulation of their TA strategy towards the rollout of initiatives and projects for operational excellence. In all, the key position duties also cover liaising extensively with senior individuals in their group office, offering strategic advice and recommendations. You will also be involved in overseeing a diverse range of HR projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified HR professional with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in multinational environments. A background in sourcing/retail/consumer industry is an advantage. Broad generalist experience, good employee relations and business partnering skills and familiarity in talent acquisition processes/practices are essential for this role. More importantly, the successful candidate will have a strong commercial sense to tie in HR initiatives with the business 'on the floor'. This is a highly visible role, so the appropriate candidate must demonstrate an outgoing manner and 'can-do' attitude along with a mature and confident approach. Excellent English is a prerequisite.
