Job Description


  • Work closely with business units to develop HR strategies, guide the design and implementation of HR policies and projects, and oversee the processes and communications;

  • Handle HR projects from end to end, including but not limited to organizational and talent development, employee engagement, performance management and etc;

  • Work collaboratively with the HR SSC and COE Team to develop HR systems, processes and procedures which are aligned with the business strategy and ensure continuous improvement;

  • Develop and coach the HRBP team to provide professional HR support, adapt the HR go-to-market approach to ensure the team constantly enables a transforming business;

  • Providing effective people management guidance, coaching and tools to assist Business Units in coaching, developing and retaining employees;

  • Facilitate company culture cultivation;

  • Advocate corporate values and enhance employee engagement



  • Bachelor's degree and above;

  • Fluent English in Speaking and Writing;

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in HR, with proven experience in leadership, QSR or retail industry is preferred;

  • Solid hands-on experiences/knowledge in all HR functions;

  • Resilience and the ability to deal with ambiguity;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Bachelor's Degree
