HRBP JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Organization and Talent Development
- Process business leaders on organization structure adjustment, people promotion/ transfer, recruitment etc.
- Provide a certain consultation and assistance for people issues
* Performance Management
- Assist the KPI system set up and execution, coach the managers to conduct the performance management
- Execute the process implementation in the division, provide necessary training or consultation when necessary, audit the quality and give feedback to the management team
* Employee Relation
- Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client, connect with employees closely and understand their needs and concerns.
- Responsible for employee relationship relevant issues, incl. labour law consultation, conduct culture development and employee communication-related activities
- Work with line manager to define JD, facilitate hiring approval process, participate in the interview process as required, assist the C&B team with salary proposal and offer.
* HR Process
- Draft and assistant HR policy and process to be published internally.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side.
* HR Project
- Lead or participate in HR projects, Grading project, talent development etc.
- On-time delivery the hiring, attrition, budget report working with stakeholders
