This is a highly visible role responsible for HR Shared Service Implementation. This position will be heavily skewed towards project management and is suited for someone with a strong HR operations/shared service background with a keen interest to steer HR change management efforts.
The HR Operations Manager is seated in the regional office and will collaborate closely with Region and Country HRBPs, Payroll as well as external vendor partners to drive service delivery excellence. You will manage and partner with teams to manage day to day operations support and vendor relationships while optimizing key HR processes and supporting the Service Delivery Optimization strategy, project initiatives and implementation of shared service centre functions support the Asia region. In this role, it is critical to understand HR processes as well as varying business needs/priorities to align HR operational priorities and ensure stakeholder expectations are met. A continuous improvement mindset is key.
Degree qualified, you will have at least 8-10 years' experience in HR and HR operations support, ideally from a complex MNC environment. You have demonstrated competency in leadership and in project planning/management and well-versed in HR and Payroll systems. As you will be a key member in driving the implementation project, it is imperative for you to possess strong project management, collaboration, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
