Our client is a well-known international bank looking for a new HR Operations Officer to join their Asia team. This is a hands-on role working closely with diverse team of HR specialists. It is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming HR Operations enthusiast to continue building their skillset in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Singapore HR team across the full spectrum of HR Operations.
- Ensuring accurate and timely filing of HR-related policies, programs and processes.
- Responsible for Compliance matters and MOM communications.
- Oversee Payroll and manage outsourced providers.
- Be able to work efficiently both as part of a team and individually.
Key Requirements :
- Track record of working in HR operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail, taking pride in the quality of output.
- Eager to learn and grow in your career, take initiative and be flexible.
- Experience working with culturally diverse teams and international leaders.
- Financial Services background is not required.
- Degree in HR would be beneficial.
