This is a newly created role and will be responsible for heading the HR function while supporting the overseas businesses when required.
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager will be responsible for the execution of all HR activities including talent acquisition, performance management, manpower budgeting, employee relations and payroll. Additionally, he or she will partner the business leaders in the areas of succession planning, talent development and culture building.
Degree qualified, you will have at least 8 years of solid HR generalist experience. A self-starter who is able to work independently, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport and credibility with your internal stakeholders. You will also be the liaison person for investor relations and take on other assigned tasks when required.
