Our client is a US manufacturing company of modular carpet tiles for commercial and residential applications. It is an award winning company in terms of design and environmental sustainability, shifting its business model toward one that's renewable.
The HR Business Partner is accountable for the development, deployment and management of sound and robust HR programs and initiatives across Singapore, SEA and India.
The scope of this role includes (but is not limited to) talent acquisition support, compensation and benefits administration,
human resources information system management and reporting, learning and development coordination and employee
engagement activities champion.
Degree in Human Resources Management, business administration or related field
At least 7 - 9 years of relevant work experience in HR with the last 4 - 5 years as a HRBP
Proficient in managing HRIS, payroll, HR administration and any have been an active member contributing to
the outcome (deliverables) of other HR functional initiatives
Knowledgeable in principles and practices of HR management and all relevant labour legislations and
Experience working within matrix organisation with multiple key stakeholders
Strong excel skills and HRIS savvy
