Our client is a global pharmaceutical leader with turnover exceeding 20 billion and has an impressive track record of growth. They specialise in the development, production and marketing of a wide range of products as well as active pharmaceutical ingredients.
As a result of continued business growth, they have a newly created role in their Human Resources division.
This role reports to the Regional HR Senior Manager and is responsible for providing HR services and support to the region. This is an individual contributor role. As a HR generalist, you will manage the end to end HR activities ranging from recruitment, induction, performance management, HRIS as well as learning and development. In addition, you will manage employee engagement and be the point of contact for their queries.
Ideally, you possess tertiary education in HR Management or Business Administration. You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferable with regional exposure. Experience working in an MNC in a similar capacity is preferred.
