Our client is a highly successful prestigious hospitality leader with a strong global network of operations firm and a sizeable presence in Asia Pacific. This role represents a superb opportunity for a best practice seasoned HR lead professional to join a dynamic and exciting environment.
Reporting to the Group CEO, the main focus of this role is to provide strategic HR direction and drive transformational change within the Group. You will be leading the HR strategy for this business in line with strategic business objectives including driving a cultural shift, working with the Group and local legislation to reinforce a high performing workforce and to retain the Group's values. The role will be required to business partner closely with functional leaders and departments. In addition, the incumbent will be involved in a diverse range of HR activities including talent management / learning and development, organisational development, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, budget management, industrial relations management as well as high-level advisory work.
To qualify, you will be a passionate HR professional with strong functional experience with an outstanding track record of leading and bringing about transformational change in the HR field. Broad generalist experience, good employee relations and business partnering skills are necessary for this role. More importantly, the successful candidate will have a strong commercial sense to tie in HR initiatives with the business 'on the floor'. This is a highly visible role, so the appropriate candidate must demonstrate an outgoing manner and 'can-do' attitude along with a mature and confident approach. Fluency in English is essential.
