HR Director, Global Market Leader
Our client is a highly successful world-class market leader in different business sectors. The need has arisen to hire a senior Human Resources professional of the highest calibre to join their strategic leadership team. The structured specialist leadership development programme for the role will provide accelerated development with targeted training and broad career opportunities across the Group.
Integral Strategic HR role focusing on Change and Transformation
Reporting to the Director and General Manager, the main focus of this role is to provide strategic HR direction and drive transformational change within the Group. You will be leading the HR strategy for this business in line with strategic business objectives including driving a cultural shift, working with the Group and local legislation to reinforce a high performing workforce and to retain the Group's values. The role will be required to business partner closely with functional leaders and departments. In addition, the incumbent will be involved in a diverse range of HR activities including talent management / learning and development, organisational development, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, budget management, industrial relations management as well as high-level advisory work.
To qualify, you will be a passionate HR professional with strong functional experience with an outstanding track record of leading and bringing about transformational change in the HR field. In addition, you must be highly agile, a team player, have high levels of integrity and business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills be able to be 'hands-on' when required. Above all you must have passion, initiative, gravitas and a confident, results-driven approach. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
