Our client is a well-regarded international banking group with an unparalleled reputation and a successful global track record. As a major player in global financial markets, the need has arisen to recruit a senior HR professional of the highest calibre, to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting strategic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to become part of a highly professional organisation with a well-established presence in Asia Pacific.
Reporting directly to Senior HR Directors in a true strategic HRBP capacity, you will drive all HR services, policies and programmes to support the Company's strategic objectives and liaise extensively with senior line management and individuals across Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, offering strategic advice and recommendations. You will be involved in overseeing a diverse range of HR initiatives always acting in an advisory capacity, including working with the CoE functions.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a consistent strong track record of experience working as an HRBP in a fast paced environment and a large matrix organisation across the Financial Services industry. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills and a 'hands-on' and results orientated approach, excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of initiative and the ability to think strategically as well as to drive and lead change. Above all, you must have the passion, energy, confidence, credibility and maturity to deal with a dynamic role in a challenging environment. Fluency in English is essential.
