Job Description

HR Business Partner, Singapore, Banking, 12-18month contract

This is an opportunity for a high potential HR Business Partner to join a well regarded, international financial services organisation and have real impact on an initial contract basis due to internal progression within the HR team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the global head office to align HR strategy, policies and procedure for the APAC region
  • Leading on all transactional HR from benefits, employee mobility, employee relations, right through to talent management and L&D
  • Taking a strategic approach with the ability to contribute to and build a highly engaged workforce and top culture
  • Partnering the business leaders closely, helping guide them in strategic direction for business results

Key criteria:

  • You'll have strong HR expertise across all areas including HR Systems, Reward & Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Relations, MOM working practices, etc.
  • You'll be comfortable working fairly operationally in the here and now, with the ability to also effectively business partner employees from a diverse range of backgrounds and levels
  • You'll be experienced working in a lean team with minimal resources
  • Experience gained in financial services and an environment which is highly matrixed and globally aligned is key
