Poised at an exciting stage in their growth in Asia, the need has arisen to recruit senior Compensation, Rewards & Mobility professional of the highest calibre, to join their team in Hong Kong or Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned C&B expert to become part of a highly professional organization with a well-established presence in Asia Pacific.

 

As a key member of the regional C&B team, this position will have responsibility for all C&B issues relating to Asia. This role plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the Asia Pacific Rewards team within the region. As a key subject matter expert of the Rewards functions the role provides strategic consultation and advisory support to HRBPs and the senior business leaders as required. Specifically, the job holder will be responsible for reviewing and developing current C&B programmes, driving and leading compensation projects, carrying out annual cycle activities, monitoring C&B trends, as well as effectively communicating the various C&B programmes across the region. Acting on a consultative basis, extensive liaison is required internally on a senior level and strong relationships will also need to be developed with external vendors.

 

You will have a strong proven track record of successful experience in Compensation, Rewards and Mobility, open to all candidates across industries. You will need to be able to demonstrate visible thought and client leadership and have an ability to influence senior stakeholders both in HR and the business. The ability to work in a highly-paced and ambiguous environment with minimal direct oversight will be key to your success. In addition, you must have high levels of integrity and business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to be 'hands-on' when required. Above all, you must have passion, gravitas and a confident, results-driven approach. Excellent English is a prerequisite.
