Job Description

Our client is an Industry leading Financial Services firm within the Asian markets. Following recent growth the firm is continuing to expand its operation and looking to hire a seasoned Rewards specialist to develop the function further.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this position will manage a sizeable team and will be responsible for all areas of Compensation & Benefits. You will liaise internally with senior business leaders, advising on and developing appropriate rewards strategies. Particular areas of focus will include the compensation review process, performance-linked remuneration strategy, variable pay and rewards programs as well as benefits review work. You will also be involved in driving various compensation & benefits projects. At the same time, you must feel comfortable in a hands-on and sometimes operationally-focused role.

To qualify, you must have a strong track record working within Rewards for at least 10 years with an in-depth understanding of remuneration and benefits issues faced in Hong Kong, A 'hands-on' and results driven attitude is imperative and a background in Financial Services is preferred. Above all, the successful candidate must have initiative and the gravitas to deal with senior levels of management. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
