Our client is a leading FMCG company with promising business growth, they are looking for a Head of Revenue Management to join their corporate finance team. He/She will directly reports to China CFO, works closely with General Manager

Responsibilities:

To drive the development, execution and implementation of a new operational way of working across the Commercial functions, from a Pricing, Promotions and Mix perspective.

To embed best practice repeatable models and actionable insights across the Commercial function in order to deliver on the China Revenue improvement targets/initiatives. The role extends to all channels in China with also the focus on Mix Management.

In tandem with developing new tools, processes and insights and deploying Global RM best practices, a critical part of the role will be to lead the change management to drive a Revenue management mindset across the Sales, Marketing & Finance Communities, improving the links so that Revenue Management capabilities and process can be embedded into 'business as usual' across all Commercial functions.

Challenges:

  1. Ability to comprehend the highly complex promotional technicalities in view of the complicated RTM (linking back to the system aspect).
  2. Different methodologies of the promotional used within China that creates complexity (to be better once streamlined when the time is right).
  3. Immature internal and external system to complement the Revenue Management rollout

Requirements:

1, At least 7+ years' finance related working experience with more than 4 years senior management experience

2, FMCG background, preferably beverages/drinks sector and commercially astute is highly preferred

3, Previous experience in developing and implementing pricing, promotional effectiveness, evaluation processes & system. Delivery of Revenue management initiatives within operational company environment. Proven experience in successful Change management delivery.

4, Fluent in English & Chinese both Spoken and Written.
