Head of Operations / COO Asset Management

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for establishing the Investment Operations Function of the new Regional APAC entity covering the front, middle and back office

 Secure Premises, Oversee Licensing submission, Staffing framework, Shared Service Agreements.

 Hire and Lead the Investment Operations team.

 Manage fund accounting functions, trading & settlement functions across all segments and geographies and treasury functions efficiently and compliant with the applicable regulations and guidelines by relevant regulator.

 Create a cost effective, scalable and compliant processes for proper control over financial implications of the asset manager and a dependable repository of Balance sheets and Financials.

 Act as a point of escalation to resolve complex and time sensitive operational issues as well as deepening the relationships with the brokers and custodian banks, identifying opportunities and partner with these firms to enhance and align with global operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years experience as a head of operations in Asset Management, have experience working in Asia ideallywith fluent MANDARIN.
