This position will be responsible for designing and developing learning & development / performance management programs for the Asia Pacific region. No delivery work will be involved but you will work extensively with business to ensure the delivery is done to a high standard. You will conduct internal needs analysis and ensure that the appropriate staff are on the right programs as well as working on the development of leadership development, high potential and talent management programs. Some travel around Asia Pacific will be required.
Our client seeks a candidate who has a strong, stable track record working in Learning 10 years of experience with some good regional or China exposure. Outstanding relationship-building capabilities, as well as strong credibility and a results driven approach are essential for the role. Fluency in English is essential.
