Job Description

Our client, a B2B company that is part of the Digital Economy is looking for a Head of Commercial to add value to their growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) business. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management. This is a newly created role that will be responsible for setting up the business and team from scratch.

The Head of Commercial will be responsible for the overall commercial business of the company, from sales, business development, solutions, and consulting. You will also be accountable for developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate the growth of AI and ML business in the organization. You will conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities including expansion, business development, etc.

Ideal candidates must come with a proven track record in enterprise sales from Technology companies or worked as a Consultant from Management consulting firms. You must be a subject matter expert when it comes to AI, ML, or Data Analytics and has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. You must be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities. You must have a proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients with strong C-Level stakeholder engagement.
