Head of C&B/Regional C&B Manager, Global Luxury Brand Giant

 

Our client is a global leader in the luxury brand industry with an enviable history and track record. With a broad spread of operations across Asia Pacific as well as globally, the opportunity has arisen to hire a first-class Compensation & Benefits (C&B) professional.

 

As an integral part of the HR Leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and advising on a wide range of C&B matters including compensation structure and surveys, bonus schemes and other rewards strategies, policies and procedures. You will liaise with the business to develop and implement C&B strategies, prepare analysis, benchmarking and reports and actively work to ensure compliance with local legislation. The role is hands-on and suits someone who is creative, innovative and flexible to effectively anticipate and meet changing business needs.

 

The successful candidate will be a high-achiever and a degree qualified C&B professional with a stable track record of experience gained within large multinational organisations, preferably across the luxury retail/consumer industry. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills are also needed. You will need to be able to demonstrate visible thought and client leadership and have an ability to influence senior stakeholders both in HR and the business. The ability to work in a highly-paced and ambiguous environment with minimal direct oversight will be key to your success. Above all, you must have the passion, energy, credibility and maturity to deal with a challenging role in a fast-growing environment. Excellent English is a prerequisite. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly advantageous.
