Job Description

Our client is a leading player in the Molecular Diagnostic field looking for a Head, APAC Strategic Partnership to play a pivotal role in working with strategic clients globally to ensure priority access to their instruments and products to address the COVID-19 outbreak.

You will represent the company to interface directly with key decision-makers of strategic clients and global accounts to understand their technical and commercial needs. You will then communicate these needs to internal businesses and proactively project lead to develop end-to-end products and solutions to address clients' needs in a timely manner.

You will drive the overall Key Account strategy to achieve both commercial goals and meet/exceed revenue growth targets. You will also collaborate closely with functional teams such as Sales, Market Development, Product Development and Operations to ensure all goals and account needs are met. For brand equity and to keep abreast of the scientific developments and technologies, you will attend and represent the business at company meetings, workshops, regional and international conferences, and industry trade shows.

The successful candidate will have more than 10 years direct experience in the Molecular Diagnostics market with a strong understanding of the regulated markets of IVD, CE-IVDR and the product life cycle management for clinical genomics, technology platforms used.

You have at least 3 to 5 years proven track record in the development of major account relationships at C-Level with life science and IVD companies. You demonstrated success in creating global commercial strategies, working across global market and revenue achievements.

Ideally, you possess a minimum BA or BS in Biology. Higher degrees in business management or finance will be advantageous. You have a basic understanding and knowledge of clinical genomics and technologies as well as a basic understanding of Human Reproductive Health needs.

You demonstrate strong executive presence with the ability to interface effectively with leaders at all levels in the organization. You are dynamic and bring transformational thinking, foster creativity, innovation and learning in the organization with the ability to adapt to a challenging and fast-changing environment You possess strong business acumen and analytical skills with excellent presentation and written communication skills. Able to travel approximately 30% of the time.
