Our client is a highly successful US investment house. The need has arisen to hire a seasoned campus recruitment professional of the highest calibre to join their APAC Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity with a focus on the delivery of major campus recruiting solutions for various business lines across the region.
Acting as the dedicated front line recruiter within the staffing team, the incumbent is responsible for delivering extensive campus recruiting solutions to various client groups. The job holder will also be the trusted adviser and key liaison point in the campus recruiting space, partnering with hiring managers, business stakeholders, universities and HR functions. In addition, management of HiPo Junior Talent programmes and processes, development of strategic planning and campus events will be the key responsibilities of this role.
To qualify, you will be a seasoned and self-motivated HR professional with in-depth knowledge of campus recruitment, preferably within the Financial Services industry. Strengths around project management, process/data analysis and commercial/financial acumen are preferred. In addition, you must be highly agile, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and capability to be 'hands-on' when required. Above all you must have passion, initiative, gravitas and a confident, results-driven approach. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. Prior experience working in China will be highly advantageous.
