As part of their business transformation and expansion, our client, a leading Consumer Healthcare MNC, is seeking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to provide leadership oversight and management for all matters of regulatory affairs for their total product portfolio and business operations in the global markets.
Reporting to the Head of Quality & Regulatory Affairs, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to their Regulatory team as well as establish ongoing processes, skill sets, and strategy that will enable company to continually build up their regulatory organizational capabilities. You will ensure accurate submissions and secure timely approvals to gain maximum market access for company products.
You will effectively manage the life cycle of company products and address complex project issues with multiple stakeholders. You will partner with Quality colleagues and provide the regulatory input for them to effectively manage and continuously improve their quality systems, policies, and processes to ensure manufacturing and product excellence. You will also partner with Marketing to develop a product development roadmap and ensure a product pipeline that will meet company's growth objectives.
Ideally you have more than 8 to 12 years of working experience in regulatory and/or quality assurance in Healthcare or related industry, preferably in Consumer Healthcare or OTC products.
Open to consider candidates who are looking to scale beyond Regulatory capabilities, in other areas such as Quality, New Product Development, Manufacturing or other related functions.
You desire to engage regularly internally with business leaders and externally with health authorities, so as to develop a coherent quality, regulatory and product development strategy for our healthcare business. You possess a growth mindset, a strong bias for action, and inspires commitment in others to work through ambiguity and paradoxes by his/her own example. You are capable of thinking analytically and strategically, and ensures tactical execution is aligned with company plans. You are able to clearly articulate own perspectives logically, and focused on developing cross-functional teamwork through improving work processes.
The team is also looking for Regulatory Affair candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience to be part of their transformation journey.
