  • Take responsibility for maintaining and developing a book of business
  • Identify growth opportunities and close new sales
  • Maintain a prospect list and following up on leads
  • Define a strategy for each client with measurable objectives
  • Increase account penetration by identifying and monetizing ASV growth opportunities
  • Create and cultivate relationships with key contacts within each account
  • Partner with Specialists & Consultants to maximize ASV retention, client health and satisfaction by delivering high-quality client service coupled with targeted awareness and usage campaigns
  • Sell into new teams and areas of the business
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and proposals
  • Skillfully manage repackaging renewals & new contracts
  • Implement and close trials with defined time frames
  • Use IS tools effectively to maintain an accurate view of ASV position, pipeline & forecasts
  • Gain industry knowledge on both investment management and FactSet's competitors
  • Provide feedback from the field on trends and client requests to Product Development



  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in selling financial information solutions in China
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding goals and a high level of sales activity
  • Strong analytical skills and product knowledge
  • Proactive and a sense of initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with senior-level client contacts
  • Ability to work independently, as a team member and as a leader
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
