Job Description
A highly regarded company in the education industry is looking to hire someone to manage their Employee Relations function. This person will have an integral role in shaping the company's ER strategy. The Company has a fantastic culture, which offers great work life balance and can provide flexible working days.
Responsibilities will include dealing with grievances, disciplinary issues and investigations. The role will involve working closely with the HRBPs, the head of audit, and occasionally with the CEO of the Company.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has 8 years' experience working in the field of ER or as an HRBP with ER experience included. They must be able to deal with all levels of investigation and have labour tribunal experience in Hong Kong or the UK. An employment law background and conflict management training will be advantageous.
