We have two senior Employee Relations (ER) positions available within financial services for highly reputable clients. They are looking to source Human Resources professionals of the highest calibre to join their teams in Hong Kong.
For both roles, you will be reporting into the Head of ER, and your responsibilities will include providing end to end case management support on a broad spectrum of employee relations and conduct related issues across APAC. You will help to provide specialist advice and guidance to HR generalists and the business on the understanding, ownership and application of all aspects of employment legislation, procedural compliance and best practices.
You will possess at least eight years' experience working in a HR generalist position coupled with prior involvement in managing complex ER related issues. An understanding of APAC employment law and policy frameworks, local ordinance and HR processes is also required. Ideally you will have Financial Services industry experience, and most importantly, you will exercise sound judgment and interpersonal skills, understanding the need for total discretion, professionalism and confidentiality, when handling often sensitive cases.
