Our client is a top tier investment bank with an enviable reputation across global financial markets. As a major player in global financial markets, the need has arisen to recruit a senior HR professional of the highest caliber, to join their team in Asia region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to become part of a highly professional organization with a well-established presence in Asia Pacific.
Reporting to the Head of HR Asia Pacific, this position will be a main contributor to the development of a best practice HR function across Asia Pacific in line with business objectives. As an integral part of the HR leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advisory services to a number of key client groups across APAC. You will help regional leaders to drive their business and talent strategies, and guide them through people issues in the region. You will form strong relationships across HR and the business to help deliver on HR objectives such as employee engagement, talent processes, HR operations, talent acquisition and employee relations.
The successful candidate will be a degree-educated HR professional with an outstanding track record working within multinational organisations in an Asia Pacific capacity and within the financial services sector. Experience in partnering with Front Office client groups is highly advantageous. You must have a 'hands-on' and results orientated approach, excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of initiative and the ability to drive and lead change. Above all you must be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic with a strong team-player mentality and the gravitas and confidence to work within a challenging environment. You will need to have good business acumen and exposure to working with data & analytics to help drive decision making. Excellent English is essential.
