Job Description

The Project Management Director is responsible for providing support for strategic initiatives and implementation efforts in the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing maintenance of detailed project plans
  • Engage and facilitate cross functional meetings with all work streams
  • Maintain specific aspects of the program management documentation
  • Undertake planning and analysis, communication facilitation, coordination of all work streams and activities for the project
  • Support the monitoring of a mutually agreed process and follow up on deliverable
  • Provide centralized support for managing change and tracking risk/issues that have a potential impact on program execution

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 8 years' relevant project management experience, preferably in the life insurance sector
  • Preference for project management certifications with working knowledge of project management tools and software
  • Ability to work with large cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
