Our client is a market leader in the services industry. They are looking to hire a Director of Customer Experience to spearhead their CX division and drive the overall customer experience strategy for the organisation.
You will create the client experiences by enabling innovative ways of interacting with clients through multiple channels from online (digital channels) to client-facing at physical premises. This includes building a corporate culture of great customer experience and continuous review on value creation for our customers' well-being at the center of customer experience. You will leverage a range of skills from customer experience journey mapping to use of customer data to design or create a set of action plans leading to a positive client outcome.
You will promote relationships at the highest level with other organizations and networks within and beyond the sector. You will also actively create a positive culture of collaboration in the organisation and drive the adoption of customer experience initiatives at the various business units.
Ideally, you are an experienced leader in customer experience with several years' experience in a senior leadership capacity and hands-on redesigning customer experience using journey mapping and techniques
You are customer-centric and brings the voice of the customers to life. You possess strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong detailed orientation and creativity to delivering clients' solutions.
