Job Description

Core Mission:

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns for Aesthetics portfolio, including website, blogs, Wechat, Webo and or other digital portal, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
  • Maintaining our media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns


  • Work with product portfolio team and deliver and contribute in brand development initiatives to influence consumers by digital activations to increase Restylane brand awareness
  • Manage digital agencies to develop following yearly communication plan:
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Manage and improve online content
    • WeChat retention program
    • WeChat new members recruitment program
    • WeChat membership program
    • Seasonal campaign to drive consumer demand through various digital channels
    • Digital communication plan ( incl 3rd/co-branding/KOL plan)
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
    • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Supervise digital agencies to ensure agency deliver quality work ahead of project deadline:
    • Prepare brief to agency for each initiative
    • Design, build and maintain our media presence
    • Develop KPI for agency deliverables
    • Plan project timeline
    • Manage project quotation to ensure cost is in line with given budget
  • Accountable for consumer research and understand consumer journey such as:
    • What is the trigger for consultation
    • What is the trigger for treatment
    • How is the treatment interval
    • How many syringes per treatment
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Works in partnership with social media / digital partners to ensure brand communication contributes to positively enhancing consumer engagement into the brand
  • Establish KPIs and Track / monitors the performance (ROI) and health of these assets to improve them further
  • In charge of Restylane call center, provides product knowledge training to vendors, evaluate ROI of vendors and update FAQ at quarterly basis
