Digital and E-Commence Marketing Director, Greater China, Top Leading Healthcare Company

Report to: Marketing VP, APAC

Location: Shanghai

Our client has more than 20 year's history. It has designs, manufactures in China. Due to its rapid expansion in Asia Pacific, we are now looking for a candidate for marketing team in Shanghai.

We are looking for good marketing candidate with excellence in execution, Consumer marketing/PR experience, customer-orientation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the financial numbers including product sales, marketing budget and key metrics
  • Develop strategic plan and annual consumer brand plan and key initiatives
  • Develop LCM for consumer segments and initiate key programs by analysing the target profiles
  • Differentiate brands and own consumer mind share by differential positioning and communication strategy and campaign against competitors
  • Supervise digital marketing activities and ensure managing right touch points and activities
  • Guard strong brand equity by necessary measures and campaign
  • Align with global PR and develop regional PR initiatives
  • Develop/Supervise patient loyalty program
  • Review and approve localized materials
  • Manage agencies and adapt best industry practice
  • Conduct consumer market research projects to ensure continuous search of growth opportunities
  • Monitor competitors activities and propose measures
  • Manage MBO, provide coaching and training to direct reports. Identify talents

  • Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization
  • BA degree is must, no limitation in major. MBA is a plus
  • Good spoken and written communication skill with English. Chinese and Japanese is plus
  • Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs
