Job Description


  • Monitor C&B practices in JVs in China, propose C&B Regional action plan to improve C&B in JVs, implement Region HR MTP on C&B field.
  • Facilitate C&B workstream with China JVs C&B teams to promote alignment, share best practices and implement breakthrough initiatives.
  • Support JV HR teams for any project / action plan related to C&B, bring added value to JV HR teams on C&B.
  • Implement LTI plans in China
  • Provide inputs to other key HR counterparts such as talent acquisition specialists, HR business partners for Rewards related issues
  • C&B Regional Leader for Workday implementation and for Global C&B working
  • Develop plan to connect Global Workday tools to JVs HRIS
  • Contribute to Strategic Workforce Planning activities for China Region, supervise HC/LC data management


  • University degree, majoring in Human Resources Management or Statistics, Business Administration
  • 8 years' working experience in Human Resources Management specialized in Compensation and Benefits function
  • Familiarity with JV environments
  • Skilled in manipulating data and interpretation of data to make logical conclusions
  • Practical experience in managing C&B projects and interpreting data from salary survey
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Operates with full sense of confidentiality
  • Excellent computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint; good understanding of HRIS
  • Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese
