Our client is a leading healthcare provider looking for a Customer Experience Leader to spearhead the setup of Customer Experience division. You will be responsible for driving the overall customer experience strategy for the organisation. This role will play a key role in elevating the customer experience delivery of the organisation.
You will create the client experiences by enabling innovative ways of interacting with clients through multiple channels approach. This includes building a corporate culture of great customer experience and continuous review on value creation for our senior's well-being at the center of customer experience. This ranges from online (digital channels) to physical premises to our client-facing employees.
You will leverage a range of skills from customer experience journey mapping to use of customer data to design or create a set of action plans leading to a positive client outcome. This includes using a set of metrics that defines client relationships and the value for both the organization and clients.
You will promote relationships at the highest level with other organizations and networks within and beyond the sector. You will also actively create a positive culture of collaboration in the organisation and drive the adoption of customer experience initiatives at the various business units.
Ideally, you are experienced leader customer care with several years' experience in a senior leadership capacity. Experience in services, insurance, consumer health or medical services sector will be added advantage.
You possess strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong detailed orientation and creativity to delivering clients' solutions.
