Our client, an employer of choice, is expanding rapidly in APAC. To stay ahead of the competition for talents, there is now a need for a new Compensation Business Partner.
This role will work closely with the Business and HR teams to advise and influence on compensation design, compensation-related decisions and strategy impacting on the business groups that you support. You are not just a deep subject matter expert, you also have your fingers on the pulse of the business, the market and competition and are comfortable with leading compensation conversations when needed, providing thought leadership and innovative thinking. You will also educate, facilitate, communicate compensation programs such that your business and HR colleagues have a stronger understanding and more effectively utilize compensation as one of the levers to attract and retain talents.
To be effective in this role, deep expertise in compensation, APAC experience and a business partnering mindset are a must A combination of consulting and HRBP experience is highly preferred. You should also have operated in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, high growth and complex environment.
