Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager, Singapore, Healthcare

This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging, proactive Compensation and Benefits leader to take things forward for a highly respected brand in the healthcare space.

Key responsiblities:

  • Leading Rewards for Singapore, taking responsiblity for all aspects of the C&B process with a heavy focus on compensation
  • Driving the annual compensation structure, performance and review process. This is for a range of employees who are highly specialised and experts in their field, as well as support staff
  • Leading rewards projects across policy and process alignment, systems, pay structures etc.
  • Working closely with the payroll team to ensure consistency
  • Leading on workforce planning as the brand goes through significant scale and growth

Key requirements:

  • Significant experience in a Rewards/Compensation, leading the end to end cycle
  • Strong exposure to gathering market data, salary benchmarking and managing complex policies. Ideally you'd then have worked with the relevant Singapore government bodies to align
  • The ability to work with very experienced, expert stakeholders, many of whom have a range of highly specialised roles across healthcare
  • Someone who is very data savvy, comfortable with excel and seeing the bigger picture then also rolling their sleeves up
  • Experience managing a small team to deliver impressive and timely results
  • Prior exposure to workforce planning would be highly advantageous
