Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a new headcount and is tasked to look at Compensation & Benefits projects and initiatives at the corporate level. This is a highly visible role where as a subject matter expert, you will lead C&B analysis and administration for the organisation, and play a advisory role to your HR counterparts.
Some of your key responsibilities include
- Actively drive and participate in job evaluation, establishing salary structures, developing salary budgets.
- Prepare policies to ensure achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation across business units
- Market analysis and salary benchmarking
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or HR with at least 5 years of specialist C&B experience. You possess strong Excel skills with an affinity to numbers, systems and technology and the ability to think analytically and strategically with demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels within the company. Other winning traits include strong and thorough attention to details and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
