Compensation & Benefits Consultant

This is a rare opportunity for a an experienced Compensation and Benefits lead to join a highly regarded brand in the Financial Services space.

This role will take responsiblity for a key business unit in APAC, ensuring C&B programs are competitive and aligned with business objectives. You will leading the development of new programs as well as effective management of existing initiatives. Working in close partnership with global and regional HR teams, you'll collaborate to ensure constant improvement and success in this area.


  • Advising and influencing on C&B strategy and programs
  • Building proposals on design, development and improvement of programs and processes by working with data effectively to drive fact-based decision making
  • Leading on the review of benefits design and delivery including tracking and encorpating trends in the market
  • Working on compensation reporting and analysis
  • Ensuring benchmarking for compensation is looked at through surveys and results analysis
  • Consistently working to improve and enhance Comp & Bens across the region


  • At least 8 years of experience in a Compensation and Benefits role
  • A commercial mindset with strong business understanding and an analytics background
  • The personality to communicate and engage effectively with the business and wider HR teams
  • Top level analytical and data expertise including highly complex Excel work
  • The aility to work across a complex matrix to achieve results and build relationships at all levels
