Our client is a leading pioneer in the field of robotic medical devices. They are currently looking for successful and motivated sales candidates to build company market position and branding across Asia through key opinion leader engagement, government and public relations activities.
Reporting to the CEO, Asia Pacific, you will execute market entry and drive business growth in Asia through distributor and key account development, strategic marketing initiatives as well as the implementation of best commercial practices. You will develop and manage distributors across different markets. You will pilot business models that involved integrating advanced technologies, patient services and developing a new standard of care.
You will develop growth opportunities through exploring, innovating and developing new care model and novel commercial model, strategic partnerships to meet fast-changing market needs in the Rehabilitation sector.
You will build market awareness and sales leads through clinical workshops/ demonstration. You provide training and education to existing/ prospective customers and key industry stakeholders while facilitating safe and effective use of our product in healthcare settings. You will develop Regional Academic Centre &/ or programme in APAC as well as provide input into new product/ technology design, enhancement and development undertaken by Product Development/ R&D team
The successful candidate has 8 to 15 years of experience in clinical and complex sales in the medical device industry. Solid sales and distributor development/management experience is mandatory preferably in spinal cord injury (SCI) rehabilitation and/or Neurological conditions. Regional experience in key Asia Pacific markets is required.
You must be able to lift and physically manipulate 50-100 lbs. Travel frequency will be 50%-70% to current and future customer locations is required to provide new or ongoing clinical sales support for all mobility-related devices across Asia Pacific.
You possess a high level of influencing, relationship building, negotiation and closing skills with the ability to work in a complex sales environment.
