Our client, a pioneer in community-based health and social care services to transform and enhance quality of life of people, is seeking for a dynamic and committed Centre Director to be part of leadership team to take organization to the next level of excellence.
Working closely with CEO, you drive the overall development of the Centre to achieve its strategic goals including overseeing the development, implementation and achievement of its advocacy plans. You will oversee the development and operations of the Centre (inclusive of its cluster of services) to ensure it meets all developmental, funding and financial KPIs and manage a team of 6 to 7 employees including Centre Manager, Programme Assistants, etc.
You will develop and manage all internal and external stakeholders' engagement to its intended strategic outcomes and develop the following components of the Centre, working closely with the process owners within the Organisation:
Volunteer mobilisation and management
In addition, you will act as the secretariat to the Centre Advisory Committee and be part of the 'task force' in the Organisation for the development and accomplishment of its strategic goals and vision across all initiatives.
Ideally, you possess a Degree or Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in Social Work or Gerontology. You have at least 8 years of working experience in community, social, or healthcare sector with track record and success in business leadership (including good budget, people and change management) at Director Level, ideally within a social care environment.
You have a clear vision on how to establish and maintain high standards for developing and delivery of quality services and have good communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
