C&B Director, Group HR Team, Leading Financial Services Group

Our client is a leading financial services group in China, specializing in wealth management and inclusive finance, with global operations in more than 200 cities. In anticipation of further growth in their global business, the need has arisen to recruit a C&B Director for the Group HR Team, to be based in Beijing.

  • Reporting to Group HRD of COE, based in Beijing, and as a key member of the compensation & Benefits committee, this senior position will have responsibility for all C&B issues across all business unites relating to the group level.
  • Specifically, you will be responsible for providing advisory services to key executives, carrying out benchmarking exercises, monitoring C&B trends
  • As well as effectively initiating, reviewing and developing C&B programs, and communicating across the region.
  • Acting on a consultative basis, extensive liaison is required internally up to a very senior level and strong relationships will also need to be developed with external vendors.

Degree qualified, the successful candidate should better have a minimum of 10 years Rewards experience working within fast-paced multinational environments in Asia. There will be an advisory emphasis to the role but you will be required to carry out more 'hands-on' work as required. Strong knowledge of C&B issues at a group level, and solid team leading experience is a prerequisite. Fluency in English is essential. Above all you must have an energetic, proactive and strategic approach.
