Job Description

Our client is a leading pioneer in the field of robotic medical devices. They are currently looking for successful and motivated sales candidates with Physiotherapist background to build company market position and branding across Asia.


Reporting to the CEO, Asia Pacific, you will execute market entry and drive business growth in Asia through key account development, strategic marketing initiatives as well as post-sales customer services. You will develop and manage channel partners/ distributors across the different markets as well as implement customer services including technical support and patient data management.


In addition, you will drive the expansion of new business models that involved integrating advanced technologies, patient services and implementing a novel standard of care. You will develop growth opportunities through innovating and piloting new care model and novel commercial model leveraging robotics adoption to drive transformation in current Rehabilitation practices.


The successful candidate must be a trained Physical Therapist with min 5 to 8 years' experience in business development in the medical device industry. Strong track record in direct sales and distributor development/management experience is mandatory, preferably in spinal cord injury (SCI) rehabilitation and/or Neurological conditions. Regional experience in key South East Asia and Hong Kong markets is preferred. Travelling frequency of 50%-70% to current and future customer locations is required to provide new or ongoing clinical sales support for all mobility-related devices across Asia Pacific.


You possess a high level of influencing, relationship building, negotiation and closing skills with the ability to work in a complex sales environment.
