Our client is a global consumer goods brand and often listed by Forbes as one of the most innovative brands globally. As they continue to expand and build their portfolio, they are now looking to hire a Brand Manager to sit in their team in Singapore.
Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving all brand activations strategies for the portfolio of flagship products and spearhead all go to market strategies for the business. You will be the brand and consumer expert, and protect the brand DNA.
You will develop and drive agreed annual brand performance objectives, build programs that will resonate with the consumer base to drive market share and revenue growth. Cross functionally, you will be an effective partner with the Key Accounts and Sales Teams to ensure that brand objectives are achieved. Communicate Brand, Product and Marketing information, and participate in the formulation of retailer plans to assist in maximisation of brand performance.
Beyond a 360 role, you will also be involved in driving new product introductions in the market, by taking on an advisory position to spearhead communications and working with internal stakeholders to expand and add new brands to the portfolio of the business.
You are degree qualified with at least 6 years of brand/product/category marketing experience from a prior consumer goods (FMCG), beauty or retail background. You should be well versed with managing projects and 360 communications and media plans to drive brand activations.
