Our client is a leading healthcare provider with significant presence in Asia. They have established themselves as the best-known brands in private healthcare and continuing their growth trajectory across the region.
Reporting to the Group CHRO, you will be responsible for spearheading and developing a Talent Management, Learning and Organizational Development strategy for the group to support business initiatives. Your key areas of responsibilities will include succession planning, talent development and career growth, high potential management and shaping the talent approach. You will need to provide advisory to key senior business stakeholders across the organization to analyse talent needs and recommend development interventions.
Ideally, you are Degree qualified in Human Resource Development/Organizational Development or its equivalent. You have at least 10 years' experience in talent management or HR Development. You are certified in various talent diagnostic assessment tools (e.g. Hogan/GLI, Talent Q, ILS+OCS etc) and certified to conduct/facilitate training for leadership and teams. You possess a high level of confidence to interact and influence senior stakeholders and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
