Job Description

Our client is a tech-enabled company and a prominent player in the B2B and B2C space, and they are looking for an AVP/VP of Sales.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the execution of go-to-market strategy and business development. You will be responsible for building and leading a team of experienced sales leaders, account managers, and achieving the sales revenue strategy and targets. You will lead team members in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon targets and performance metrics. You will provide strong leadership, mentorship, vision, and direction. You will also lead the team in the creation and growth of new key accounts, and fulfillment of personal and team sales targets.

Ideal candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in sales or leasing. You must be sales-driven and with an excellent track record in sales. Experience in enterprise sales software or exposure to co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers or related industry will be an added advantage.
