Job Description

Due to a healthy growth within Asia, our client is looking to hire an Intermediary Salesperson to be based in Singapore distributing to priority and HNW segment.

This is an exciting opportunity to be in the dynamic Asset Management industry as a salesperson and learn from an experienced mentor.

Working together with the Head of Sales, you will be tasked to develop and implement the sales strategy to promote the firm's investment solutions to the Priority and HNW segments in Singapore. The role primarily consists of driving growth in AUM for our client's suite of funds by wealth intermediaries within the Singapore market and achieving business targets in revenues and usage.

You will be responsible for providing and delivering presentations for seminars, workshops and individual client meetings as appropriate to represent the firm and build a broad understanding and usage of fund solutions.

Assist to monitor on an ongoing basis relevant client structure, investment objectives, benchmarks, progress, and holdings. Provide top market intelligence to help guide regional strategy, current product enhancement efforts, as well as new product initiatives. Maintain competitor analysis using Morningstar

The right candidate will possess:

-5 to 7 years experience in a high-quality investment or wealth management firm (such as a junior private banker, Investment Consultant, Investment Advisors or from the investment consultancy firms) with proven expertise in selling investment products to sophisticated clients. Individuals should ideally have extensive sales experience in dealing with wealth intermediaries and clients.

-Significant investment product knowledge to provide credible explanations to intermediary clients at a senior level

-Deep knowledge of the structure of intermediary channels and clients within Singapore, the ability to recognise decisions makers and internal relationships within the divisional structure of these institutions.

-Proactive in following up with prospects and existing clients, help to coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure expedient and accurate resolution of all client inquiries.

-Having CFA is a strong advantage.
