Job Description

Our client is a leading healthcare services provider seeking for an Associate Manager, Clinical Operations Asia Pacific to support the development and implementation of Asia Pacific strategies for their clinical operations.

 

Reporting to Vice President Clinical Operations, you will analyze operational and financial data (at centre-, country-, AP-level for the purposes of identifying inefficiencies and driving greater cohesion across the region. You will support the development, preparation of, implementation and execution of AP strategies and tactical plans for the AP business. You will also engage key stakeholders on business objectives, strategies and tactics as well as proactively work with cross-functional teams to drive successful execution of AP business strategies.

 

In addition, you will review and align SOPs and WIs (clinical and non-clinical) across AP as part of the broader strategy of creating a unified and systematic approach to the clinic expansion strategy. You also assist in drafting reports for internal Company fora to create buy-in for business tactics and strategies. You will support Vice President on various AP-wide projects aimed at aligning the delivery of dialysis services across the region.

Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years in renal/clinics or related healthcare field. You are a self-starter and independent worker with strong analytical skills - comfortable with manipulation of large data sets. A sensitive communicator, who is able to convey ideas taking into account different cultural norms. Occasional regional trips are necessary.
