Job Summary
 

  • China E-Commerce team is playing a more important role in driving business growth and leading innovation. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Head (Associate Director) to join us, reporting to E-Commerce Head, BU China. You will also lead a team of 3 people. This is a unique opportunity to join the digital world of a Leading FMCG Company. The primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to) leading and developing a digital marketing strategy, leveraging various kinds of resources on planning and executing various online activities.

Accountabilities

  • Develop E-Commerce annual digital marketing budget plan
  • Lead E-Commerce annual marketing activation/campaign calendar planning
  • Leverage and various kinds of resources (brand, sales, platform etc.) and develop consolidated e-marketing plans
  • Lead team on planning and executing EC mega plans/campaigns (Super Brand Day, D11, 618 etc.)
  • Responsible for developing innovative, insight-driven integrated branding and communication strategy to provide the best digital experience to consumers
  • Strengthen online brand equity in line with the brand proposition
  • Cooperate with the Data Marketing team and Market Insight team on uni-marketing and in-site media planning
  • Study market opportunities, competition, brand portfolio and margin pool analysis
  • Team management and development


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 8+ years Digital Marketing / e-Marketing / Media / E-commerce experience required
  • Experience with top FMCG companies preferred
  • Proven and solid experience from brand activation, data analysis, concept developing, to new brand developing and launch
  • Strong expertise in e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing
  • Strong cultural curiosity and passion for media and technology
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, never willing to take (or give) "no" for an answer
