Job Description

This position in based in Shanghai and will work closely with Senior HR Manager China to develop strategic HR initiatives for our fast-growing China team.
This incumbent will play a key role in delivering amazing employee life cycle experiences in the areas of on boarding, off boarding, engagement, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and work on various projects & programs to help us to enhance employee experiences in the Shanghai office.

  • Degree holder in HR Management/ Business Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in all-rounded HR function, experienced in C&B, payroll and HRIS will be a plus, ideally gained from sizable retail organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR rules, regulations, and benefits schemes in China
  • Well versed in China Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Organized, attention to details, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
