The successful candidate will work closely with clients like retail banks and weatlh mangers with the aim of providing these intermediary clients with constructive products that meet the needs of their respective clients.
You will work towards establishing working distribution agreements and network with new clients as well as to aim towards deepening the wallet share with existing clients, through understanding their strategic investment messages that they are advising their own clients.
You will work closely with your internal products teams and marketing team to determine the appropriate solution and strategy to adopt in order to gain maximum traction and ultimate sales objective with these channel partners.
In order to be successful, the candidate must have the follwing traits:
1) Good tertiary qualification from a good university
2) 2 years of fund sales experience at an investment management firm with good track record selling to retail banks in Hong Kong / China
3) Previous exposure to QDII products is highly preferred.
4) Strong knowledge and passion for the investment management industry
5) Articulate and strong communication skills
6) Good EQ and a drive to succeed
7) Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
